Making an application to primary school
Marian Vian Primary School is part of Mosaic Schools Learning Trust. The Trust adheres to the admission arrangements set out by Bromley Local Authority who manage the admissions process for all applications to Marian Vian Primary School in accordance with the DfE Schools' Admission Code.
Applications, therefore, cannot be made directly to the school. Bromley's admissions team process all applications for families who are Bromley residents. Please see link below;

Admission of children outside their normal age group
Parents of Summer born; gifted and talented children, or those who have experienced problems or missed part of a year, for example due to ill health, can seek places outside their normal age group. There is not an automatic right to choose this option as decisions will be made on the basis of the circumstances of each case and in the best interests of the child concerned. Process for this request is outlined in “ London Borough of Bromley Admission of Summer born children outside of their normal age group”.

ADMISSIONS APPEALS ARRANGEMENTS
Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is the admission authority for our school. The administration and allocation of school places is delegated to Bromley Council’s Admissions Team.
Mosaic Schools Learning Trust is responsible for arranging appeals against refusal of a place at any of the four schools.
